Spend a whole day connecting with nature, yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing and more.     Event will be held at the beautiful The Oak House AL9 5HX, and we will be using the expansive grounds of Hatfield House for our outdoor nature trail and yoga practise.     We all need a day like this to leave the daily grind and just connect with ourselves! 💕💫😊     Your hosts will be myself Mimi (Reiki Master and Reiki Drum Sound healer) and Anandana (award winning yoga teacher from India, trained under the world famous Sivananda Yoga Centre).
